This micropub opened in 2017. Beers and ciders are served by gravity from a glass-fronted temperature-controlled stillage in the single bar and are changed regularly, usually from within a 45-mile radius. It won the local CAMRA Pub of the Year 2018.
This attractive thatched cottage has been a traditional village pub for more than 30 years and shares the premises with the Gribble Brewery. The pub is cosy, with log fires in winter. The full range of Gribble regular beers is always available, complemented by seasonals.
This is north Sussexs first community-owned pub. Its four handpumps normally dispense Harveys Sussex Best, a beer from High Weald and two rotating guests, which are mostly local. The pub also serves a varied range of locally sourced'meals.
Beers sold include Fullers London Pride; Harveys Sussex Best Bitter; St Austell Tribute; Sharps Doom Bar; and one changing beer. There are two separate bars and three beer gardens, which come in useful for the annual beer festival in July.
