Sharing wealth of business knowledge with others
He’s worked for world-renowned brands during a varied business career, is well-known in Sussex circles, and each month he will be sharing his expertise with County Times readers in our new Business Matters supplement.
Kerry Kyriacou, lives in Upper Beeding and offers business advice to small and medium sized businesses, retail professionals and business owners, while also finding the time to teach business management courses.
After starting out in retail as a buyer in America and the Pacific Region, he spent 15 years working for Estee Lauder, Harvey Nicholls, and Fred Hayman as a sales manager, retail buyer, and director, responsible for managing significant budgets. He then went on to start his own retail company, and has worked alongside some of the best-known business names in Sussex.
He also worked with the old Business Link, the business support organisation that was funded through Government, until coalition cuts in 2011 saw its scope severely curtailed.
Now Kerry runs his own company offering business advice .
One of his clients said: “Kerry Kyriacou has worked with us on sales and marketing plans for our business over the past year.
“His expertise and knowledge of business is invaluable, as is his strategic thinking, integrity and good old-fashioned common sense.
“We wouldn’t have travelled nearly as far without his guidance.
“I am delighted to recommend him to other businesses that would benefit from his excellent business advice.”
Another client added: “Kerry is very well connected in the South East business community and he is highly knowledgeable in what makes for a successful business.
“The best aspect of working with Kerry as our business development advisor is his infectious enthusiasm and positivity which has built our confidence and focus for the challenges ahead.”
We are delighted to have Kerry contributing on a monthly basis to Busienss Matters. He will be focusing on common business blunders, and how to avoid them.
