Once nominated, the top three finalists were evaluated by a KalliKids expert judge.

This expert looked for activity providers who fully embraced the KalliKids mission, which is to inspire children and improve the quality of children’s activities and services.

The three finalists were originally nominated by parents who use the companies’ services.

Ariel director Nicci Hopson, who oversees the running of Ariel’s five drama academies, said; “Everyone at Ariel is over the moon at winning the KalliKids Best Theatre Class for the second year running.

“The fact that the award is voted for by parents makes this award even more important.

“We really strive to provide a great experience for all our students and to provide them with the highest level of theatrical training but also skills that will benefit them throughout their life. I would like to thank everyone who voted for us and all our tutors and support staff for their dedication.”

The Ariel name is synonymous with high quality productions and inspirational teaching.

Each drama academy has tutors who specialise in their individual discipline and an excellent student/teacher ratio ensures individual attention and nurtures the development and progress of each pupil.

Ariel offers free trials at all their drama academies for prospective students aged 5-19.

Places are currently available at the Haywards Heath, Crawley and East Grinstead academies and short waiting lists are in place at Burgess Hill and Steyning. Othellos classes are also held at the Burgess Hill, Crawley and East Grinstead Academies.
