Tuesday, July 20: Meet at 10am at East Dean car park for bus to Seaford - Seaford Head - Cuckmere Haven - Exceat Bridge - Exceat Hill - Brass Point - Gayles - East Dean. No dogs. Picnic lunch. 9 miles.

Wednesday, July 21: Meet at 7pm in Plumpton Playing Field car park - Plumpton Green - Streat - Hayleigh Farm - Marchants Farm - Shergolds Farm - Plumpton Playing Field car park. 4 miles.

Friday, July 23: Meet at 7pm at Balcombe Victory Hall and Social Club, Stockcroft Road - Balcombe Lake - Woodward's Farm - Forest Farm - Walk Wood - Balcombe House - Balcombe. Total of 400 ft of ascent. Dogs on leads. Optional drink in pub after walk. 3.5 miles.

Tuesday, July 20: Meet at 7.15pm in Scarlett Arms car park, Walliswood - fairly flat (one steep incline) circular walk through woods and farmland with beautiful views of the North Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 3 miles.

Wednesday, July 21: Meet at 7pm at the Red Lion, Ashington (TQ 133157) - Circular walk over difficult terrain at a good pace for the more experienced walker. Some hills and stiles. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 6 to 7 miles.

Thursday, July 22: Meet at 10am at West Chiltington Village Hall (TQ 083179) - various circular walks, some stiles and moderate slopes, incorporating windmills, vineyards, llamas and good views of the South Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 4 to 5 miles.
