SUSSEX mills fascinated Frank Gregory throughout a life steeped in rural treasures.
For 65 years, Gregory, who lived im Brighton, built up a detailed record of wind and watermills in the county- priceless insights into a fascinating slice of Sussex history.

Many of the mills have long since disappeared, but before they vanished he assembled detailed records of his involvement in their construction, modification and in some cases restoration.
