AN Arundel teenager killed in a car crash was one and a half times over the legal drink-drive limit, an inquest was told.
The inquest at Chichester County Court was told that Kellie Taylor (17) had failed her test two months before the tragedy and was driving illegally.

She died at the scene after she lost control of her Fiat Punto in Mill Road, Arundel, near Swanbourne Lake shortly before 1am on July 8 this year.

Recording a verdict of accidental death while under the influence of alcohol coroner Penelope Schofield said the incident was a ' tragic accident.'
