Barnstormers Comedy promises a perfect way to round off the weekend with three top acts from the comedy circuit, and a top MC to hold it all together.

Their latest gig is at The Capitol, Horsham, on Sunday, March 20 (7.30pm).

The line-up this time is Dana Alexander, Chris Betts and Jonny Awsum.

Dana Alexander is one of Canada’s most outspoken and hilarious women. The only black female comedian on the circuit in Canada, Dana’s comedic style is both refreshing and irreverent. She draws her material from her diverse lifestyle, her gay friends and her Jamaican family.

Chris Betts began his comedy career in Montreal, Canada, and has since performed all across Europe and North America. He’s made appearances at Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival, SXSW and the Zulu Comedy Festival.

Chris was chosen as part of the prestigious Pleasance Comedy Reserve at the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and he returned to Edinburgh to perform his successful first solo show, Social Animal, in 2015.

Jonny Awsum exploded onto the professional comedy scene with a crowd-pleasing set that’s seen him perform his special feel-good brand of musical comedy around the world.

Jonny has performed internationally from Cyprus to Slovakia, Austria to Hong Kong.

He has recently appeared on the nation’s TV screens, presenting for Sky Sports, he’s a familiar face from the current Experian adverts, and he features in the Cravendale ‘Cats with Thumbs’ campaign, which has been viewed more than a million times on YouTube.

Guest compere Dan Evans will be on hand to oversee the proceedings.

Tickets for the show cost £10 in advance or £12 on the door.
