When Peggy Met Ella is in the studio on Sunday, February 14 (3pm).

Sarah Moule and Shireen Francis celebrate two great singers, Peggy Lee and Ella Fitzgerald. Together with Ronnie Scott pianist Geoff Castle they deliver favourites such as ‘Summertime’, ‘That Old Black Magic’ and ‘Fever’.

A Spotlight Jazz Lunch with Jo Fooks and Ted Beament is at the venue on Sunday, April 17 (12pm-2.30pm). They play an entertaining and varied set of standards, as well as some tracks from their own albums.

Next, there’s Jazz in the Afternoon with Geoff Eales on Sunday, May 15 (3pm).

Geoff performs favourites from Oscar Peterson, Dave Brubeck, McCoy Tyner and George Shearing, as well as pieces from his new album. Geoff was resident pianist with The BBC Big Band for years and a favourite accompanist for many leading singers.
