Andy Turner, director of rugby at Christ’s Hospital School, outlines the attributes Joe Launchbury possesses to make him one of English rugby’s brightest young talents.

The 21 year old Wasps and England lock took time out to visit his former school on Tuesday to help the Year Sevens prepare for their first competitive match.

Turner, a top coach who has overseen much of Launchbury’s rapid progression, here tells us how there is no better role model for youngsters looking to improve their skills.
