Snow stopping the darts!

Horsham & District Dart League

Despite the bad weather all but one of the first round Victory Cup games were played.

The Railway visited HFC@The Norfolk and whitewashed their hosts 9-0, with Steve Adsett hitting a 108 out shot.

In the only all first division game, holders Roffey S&SC B brushed aside Cat & Canary, taking the first five games with Alan Wyatt and Tony Peters hitting 180s. Lee Burlton replyed with one for the visitors as the match ending up 6-3.

Roffey S&SC C also won through to the quarter finals with a 7-2 home win over Kings Arms, Horsham.

Roffey skipper Robbie Massey hit a 180 and Gareth Griffiths got one for the visitors.

Roffey S&SC A failed to make it a hat-trick of wins for Roffey Club after going down 5-4 at home to Rising Sun.

Second division Horsham S&CC paid a visit to BBHeath VC but were soundly beaten 6-3 by their first division opponents.
