Horsham table tennis round-up: Todd reaches half century

Adam Todd became the first player to clock up 50 wins in the Crawley & Horsham Premier Division this season, winning all three matches as Foresters A beat Horsham C 8-1.

He remained unbeaten, despite a fifth set scare against Colin Jones, while Wes Bush also won three. Rory Scott (three), Matt van Yperen and Shalim Ahmed were on the scoreboard for Horsham Spinners in a 5-4 defeat of Foresters D, while Horsham A romped to a 9-0 whitewash of Foresters C.

Nick Smith was Horsham B’s sole success in an 8-1 loss to Crawley Community B, but they recovered well to beat Foresters B 6-3, thanks to Mark Collins, Steve and Dan Pound.
