Horsham Snooker update

Bob Cooper’s 24 break helped Horsham Club Wanderers cement top spot in Division 1 of the Horsham & District Snooker League, with a 5-0 whitewash of Roffey C.

Not to be outdone though, second placed Horsham Club B repeated the score at home to Roffey F, with the help of 24 and 21 breaks from the consistent Darren Jordan.

In-form Loxwood Sports A saw off third placed Roffey GB 3-2, a scoreline matched by Oakwood Hill B against Pulborough B and Pulborough D against Sporting Roffey.

Warnham went top of Division 2 with a 4-1 win at Rudgwick B while stablemates Warnham B stay third despite a 3-2 loss to Horsham Club Casuals, while YMCA won 3-2 at Barns Green A.

In Division 3, Rod Cowles’ 25 break could not inspire Oakwood Hill D in a 3-2 defeat to Horsham Club D.

Second placed Rusper Village made light work of Pulborough F in a 4-1 win; Roffey F went fourth thanks to a 4-1 win at bottom side Oakwood Hill C, and lowly Roffey H beat Barns Green B 3-2.
