Sussex All Blacks find their feet but narrowly lose in quarter finals

Last Saturday, Burgess Hill kicked off their sevens programme playing at the Sevens Heaven tournament at Warlingham RFC.

The Sussex All Blacks, led by Tim Daniel, were in a group with circuit sevens teams Saxons and Voyagers as well as an RAF side.

They began to find their feet with Louis Parker, Richie Munawa, Dom Jennings and Tim Daniel scoring some fine tries.

Hill progressed to the quarter finals where they played Old Mid Whitgiftians narrowly losing 4 tries to 3.

The team are looking forward to honing their skills ahead of future tournaments at Brighton, Worthing, Chichester and BlackHeath.
