Reigning champions Special K were held to a 8-5 win over midtable Downsman A.
Fairways have a three-point lead having thrashed The White Knight 12-1.
Third-placed Raiders (also put in a big score winning 10-3 over the Casablankas and they are just three points off second place.
The bottom of the Premier division is still held up by Nomads then JCB & Pocket Knockers on equal points.
Still early days as we have another 15 league matches to play.
Division 1 saw a lot of change near the top, although Happy Slappers still hold first and The Inn-Crowd in second, Scrum Pjack dropped from third to fifth having their only second loss of the season so far at the hands of New Moon (pictured) who won 9-4 on the night.
New Moon & OOOooush now reside in third and and fourth respectively.
Other results in this division saw most points shared and the bottom is still Steamy Llama (last) then Windmill Original and former Premier team Beachbums (whom are suffering their worst start to a season – probably due to the unsettling time moving from Copthorne Social Club to the Moonraker Public House this year).
Division 2, still reeling from the news that the Downsman Dynamites folded last week, saw a huge win for the Windmill Players turning out 11-2 over The Wild Dogz.
In second by three points we see the Pink Flamingos’ win by another 10-3 victory, this time against Touching Cloth.
Third-placed Raker are now 11 points adrift of the top after a mediocre 7-6 win against the Plough People but with a game in hand they can yet make up a lot of this ground.
This week we see a favourite competition get under way, the JEM Trophies Mixed Doubles, won last year by Paul Howe & Sue Woods.
With 20 couples playing over four venues to find one pair (from each venue) to go into the finals night in April 2016. For more details please visit www.crawleypoolleague.co.uk.
