Former St Andrews and Haywards Heath cricketing all-rounder Fynn Hudson-Prentice has earned an England call.

Hudson-Prentice, who started as a colt at the Burgess Hill-based St Andrews and then moved on to Sussex League club Haywards Heath, is now plying his trade with fancied Sussex League Premier title-chasers East Grinstead.

He has earned selection for the England Development Programme under 18s for next week’s 2nd XI Twenty/20 tournament. This will be held in the Midlands from next Wednesday to Friday and is designed to put the spotlight on those on the fringes of the full EDP under-18s .
