JAMIE HOWELL paid tribute to the Rocks for giving it all they had in their FA Cup defeat at Wealdstone.

The Bognor manager felt Wealdstone took their chances well and said Jason Prior was unlucky to see two penalties saved.

And he insisted it would not be hard to lift them after the exit as they got back to the Ryman League campaign against Staines on Tuesday.
