Steyning Town boss John Suter felt his side should have taken all three points from their Old Farm derby clash against Storrington on Tuesday.
Town were dominant from start to finish and went ahead on 44 minutes through Rob Hare.
Steyning were forced to settle for just a point in the Division 2 contest, though, as Callum Bester levelled on 65 minutes.
Suter’s side extended their unbeaten league run to three matches with the draw, however Town’s boss was disappointed with just a point.
He said: “We had a lot of the ball and created lots of chances. It was a mixture of poor finishing and good goalkeeping as to the reason why we didn’t score more.
“We had such a brilliant win over AFC Uckfield on Saturday but we then follow such a good performance with not our best against Storrington.
“It was really frustrating as we created a number of chances but were very wasteful.”
Town host champions Worthing United on Saturday (2pm).
