Loxwood FC delighted with new signing

Loxwood have sealed the signing of former Fleet Town and Alton Town centre back Harry Bowles.

manager Dave Cocoracchio is delighted to have the former Lewes-18 player on board, as he looks to boost a squad which has already seen the likes of former Crystal Palace youngster Tom Lyons come in.

He said: “Harry can play full back as well as centre back, he will add to our options, he is some player.”

Meanwhile, Cocoracchio saluted the progress his side have made. “With Kristian Sorenson and Phil Fitzgerald, I have a really powerful management team. We have a good squad, it’s not as big as some of our rivals but it’s big enough and we have quality in it.”

Meanwhile, Loxwood’s Sussex Senior Cup tie against Eastbourne Town tonight has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
