Memorable day helps children

FOXBRIDGE Golf Club at Plaistow was the perfect venue when BBC Radio Two DJ Chris Evans used the picturesque golf course to help raise more than £260,000 for Children In Need.
At the start of the year, Evans asked his Drivetime listeners to bid for a day to remember.
It started with a nine-hole golf tournament for The Mulberry Cup, named after The Mulberry restaurant at Chiddingolf, which is owned by Evans.
