YOUNG players in the Pyecombe Junior Championship played off the white tees, positioned as far back as for men in the club championship.
The winner was Matt Little, who put in two excellent and consistent rounds of 148 to win the title. He also won the handicap section with a net 148.

In the junior club stableford, Ed Fairfax finished third the first time he had tackled 18 holes.


Championship – 1, Matt Little 74+74 = 148; 2, Matt Greenfield 81+83 = 164; 3, Harry Klus 85+92 = 177. Handicap – 1, Matt Little 136; 2, Charley Klus 137; 3, James Foot 143.

Junior club stableford – 1, Eddie Blake 43pts; 2, Daniel Foot 38pts; 3, Ed Fairfax 27pts.
