THE first Yeoman's sponsored PGA Pro-Am Golf Event was held recently at Ham Manor Golf Club. Sussex professional golfers joined club members and Yeoman staff to enjoy an excellent day of competition on the parkland course set in the grounds of Ham Manor.
There were 21 teams, each with one professional and three amateurs. The event was played over 18 holes with the best two scores in each team counting for the trophy.

There was also an individual event running in parallel for the professionals. The competition got off to a rousing start with a team teeing off at each tee and started by the firing of a shotgun.
