Club scoops 29 medals at contest

SOUTH Western Gymnastics Club came second out of 14 at the South-East Floor and Vault Competition at the Guildford Spectrum, notching up 13 gold medals, 10 silver and six bronze.
The club has existed for 26 years, expanding in the Sussex and Surrey area over the past five.


It operates at four locations: Cranleigh (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays), Midhurst (Tuesdays), Ewell (Fridays) and Bookham (Tuesdays), incorporating a trampolining club on a Wednesday at Cranleigh.


It is a recreational club offering gym and trampolining to children aged between four and 16 who would like to train for between 45 minutes and two and a half hours a week.
