EAST Worthing and Shoreham MP Tim Loughton is encouraging debate on the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill that is due to be voted on by government.
Mr Loughton is urging his constituents to take part in his online survey about the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill.
He said: "This controversial bill raises many interesting and complex ethical questions.
"I would like to hear the views of as many constituents as possible in advance of the final vote in the House of Commons.
"The Bill has its second reading in the Commons on Tuesday, May 12. I look forward to debating it over the coming weeks as it makes its way through Parliament."
