LETTER: Rota for dog waste bins

I was intrigued to read that a Horsham District Council spokesman said that some dog waste bins are emptied 'on a twice weekly rota only in the summer months'.

Could the council please tell us which breed of dog poos half as much in the winter as it does in the summer?
