It is outrageous that Horsham District Council have failed in a genuine consultation process - putting forward one option is not consultation.
Building north of the A264 is not acceptable when the town’s infrastructure is hardly coping with current resident and visitor base.
Further plans presented will not alleviate this. Violating the strategic gap north of Horsham will change the nature of the town - from a market town to a London suburb; is this really what the current councillors want?
If it is, any decision has to be postponed until after the next district council election. Residents can this way have their say in who is making this decision and what their motives are?
