Following on from the excellent support and coverage you have given to the Crawley Gluten Free Group we have had a small number of new members with others expressing interest in joining the group.

We held a successful meeting on Saturday the 12 October. where members volunteered or in one or two cases were slightly encouraged to take up the various roles to keep the group going for the foreseeable future.

For December we are going to celebrate with Christmas Lunch at the Europa Hotel which will be entirely suitable for ceoliacs.

In November were are holding another open meeting for anyone recently diagnosed with ceoliac disease or a gluten intolerance to come along and have a chat with other sufferers. We are not medically trained but have lots of information or sources of information to help anyone.

A change of time for November 9th the meeting at St Pauls Church, Northgate will start at 10:30 until 12:30 all welcome.
