The following are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from March 14 to 18.

Lisa MacKenzie, 54, of Tarrant Street, Arundel, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of assault by beating in Arundel on December 16, 2015; and causing £50 damage to a window in Arundel on December 17, 2015.

Liam Newman, 30, of Millfield, Sompting, was fined £100 and must pay £70 costs after admitting breaching supervision requirements by failing to attend unpaid work as instructed.

Lee Tomlinson, 32, of The Quay, Emerald Quay, Shoreham Beach, was fined £100 and must pay £70 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work as instructed.

David Washington, 31, of Beachlands Close, East Preston, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Brighton Road, Lancing, on August 27, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Aleksandrs Drozds, 35, of White Acre, Wick, was fined £185 and must pay E20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required by police in Littlehampton on February 27, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with ten points.

Martin Evison, 39, of Downs Close, Broadway Park, Lancing, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (58mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Eastern Road, Shoreham, on February 27, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Joshua Jeram, 25, of Ferry Road, Shoreham Beach, was disqualified from driving for 18 months (no separate penalty) after admitting drink-driving (71mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Beach Green, Shoreham Beach, on February 27, 2016. He was also given a community order and must carry out 160 hours’ unpaid work after admitting taking a vehicle without consent and causing damage to its front by crashing it into a kerb. He must also pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without a licence and without insurance, no separate penalty.

Mark Kitcher, 39, of Castle Gardens, London Road, Arundel, was fined £95 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Chichester Police Station on February 28, 2016.

Hayden Wheeler, 23, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Beach Road, Littlehampton, on December 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Joe Sivyer, 21, of Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham, must pay £3,900 compensation after admitting driving without insurance in Dolphin Road, Shoreham, on March 1, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He also admitted driving without a licence and driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty.

Mohan Saimbi, 39, of Sompting Avenue, Worthing, was fined £125 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (91mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Findon Road, Worthing, on November 12, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Roza Ziolowska, 26, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £120 and must pay £90 costs, after admitting keeping a vehicle on a public road without a licence.
