Dozens of energetic souls took part in a three-hour Zumbathon at Maidenbower Community Centre on Saturday (May 11) and raised £750 for CLIC Sargent, the UK’s largest cancer care charity for children.

Some 60 people were put through their paces by instructors Hannah Groves, Michael Treasure, Melanie Cranham and Jeanette Lawrence. Organiser Kimberly Groves (pictured with her sister Hannah) said the event exceeded her expectations: “We had a real mixture of people attend from people that had never tried Zumba before to complete Zumba addicts.”
