Police are investigating a Horley house fire last night (December 1) as a possible arson attack.
Firefighters were called to an address on the corner of Court Lodge Road and Roffey Close at 9.45pm.
Two dogs were evacuated from the house.
Two residents in the neighbouring house were also evacuated.
No arrests have been made.
A neighbour said a family of five lived in the house. They were not at home at the time of the blaze.
The investigation is on-going and officers sent a sniffer dog into the property this morning (Monday December 2).
