VIDEO: Plan for derelict Queen Street site re-submitted

Waiting for Video...

An application for new flats to replace a derelict site in Queen Street has been re-submitted to the council,

When plans were deferred by Horsham District Council in October 2012, the planning committee was concerned about the overbearing nature of the buildings on property behind, and the inclusion of a convenience store below the flats - given the proximity to a Londis shop.

However revised plans were submitted without a convenience store.
