John Barber-Bacon was coming home from work on the A24 at Horsham when an epileptic seizure struck.

Four days later the 32 year MacDonalds worker regained consciousness in hospital in Brighton.

Speaking to Theo Cronin in this video, John expresses his wish to thank both the person who called 999 and all the emergency services that came to his rescue.
