A 90-year-old man who died following a collision in Chichester on Monday afternoon (December 3) is believed to have suffered a medical episode at the wheel.
He was taken to St Richard’s Hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead.
The man, from Chichester, was driving a Honda Jazz along Westhampnett Road at around 3.10pm when his car veered into the opposite lane and collided with Peugeot 306 driven by a 63-year-old woman from Selsey. She was uninjured.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 1512 of 03/12.
