Sunny Sayers Croft set the scene for Mulberry Class, Year 5 children from Loxwood Primary School, during their short residential stay last month.

Ballista building, climbing and raft building; blindfold courses, campfires and teambuilding - what a busy few days they had!

Two nights away from home was a welcomed taste of freedom and independence but, by the third day, they were certainly ready for a good night sleep. And a bath!

Pupil Josh L said: “I liked the rafting because we had to build our own rafts and it was great fun.”

Milly D added: “The challenge course was the best, working together as a team.”

Charlotte L said: “Ballista was so much fun and we got very wet.”
