Paralympian and six-times British swimming record holder Jack Bridge helped staff at Novo Nordisk in Broadfield Park mark World Haemophilia Day on April 17. Jack, 18, challenged the 80-strong group to work through special swimming exercises - used by Jack and other Olympic and Paralympic swimming team members - on dry land.

World Haemophilia Day asks people all over the world to wear red, or do something with a red theme for the day, to help raise awareness of the disease which affects 400,000 people.
