The Olympic Torch has reached Worthing on its trip through West Sussex today (Monday July 16).
The previous stop, at Arundel, was one of the day’s highlights, with thousands of people cramming the streets.
The torch made a special stop in Arundel Castle before the trip to Worthing.
From Worthing the torch will make its way to Lancing before the big finish at Brighton.
The best news for everyone involved has been that the rain has stopped, though, dark clouds still loom overhead.
Heavy rain made earlier stops, especially at Bognor, a very damp affair.
The torch will be back in West Sussex tomorrow with visits to Crawley, Copthorne, Felbridge and East Grinstead before moving to the East of the county again.
