A memorial bench in Rustington has been restored, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Dunblane school massacre.

The Dunblane memorial bench was presented by funeral directors F.A. Holland and Son to St Peter and St Paul Church in 1996 to remember the 16 children and their teacher who lost their lives on March 13 that year.

A service was held at the church last month, when the Rev Zachary Allen re-dedicated the bench and led a prayer and blessing.

A reading was made and a posy of flowers placed on the bench, in memory of those who lost their lives in one of the worst mass murders in UK history.
