Man dies of cardiac arrest in High Street

A man has died in Crawley High Street this afternoon (Wednesday July 10).

The South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) sent two ambulances and one car to tend to the man where he collapsed outside Troys takeaway at about 2.40pm.

Police were also in attendance.

A SECAmb spokesman confirmed the man, thought to be about 50-years-old, died after suffering a cardiac arrest.
