Jordan was so dominant in Spain that his first ride in the final, which contained a double front flip and a double flair, was better than any other elite rider could produce after two rounds. It meant his second ride was a victory lap in front of thousands of cheering spectators.

Not only is world number one Jordan wiping the floor with the world’s best right now, but this year also saw him sign for high-octane stunt show Nitro Circus and become the first person to ever pull off a gravity-defying triple front flip on a scooter.

“I landed it on my second attempt,” said fearless Jordan. “I was a bit nervous yeah, the ramp was 50ft high, but as soon as I landed on my wheels and slid off I thought ‘I’ve got this’ and made it next time.”

Jordan’s life has transformed immeasurably since he came from nowhere to win last’s year’s World Championships, aged 16.
