The developer behind plans for thousands of new homes, a business park and new schools on land north of Horsham is set to showcase its latest proposals.
Liberty Property Trust will be holding a public exhibition today (Friday September 30) and tomorrow (Saturday October 1) allowing residents the chance to view and discuss the latest plans.
The developer submitted an application to Horsham District Council in August.
It outlined the creation of up to 2,750 homes, a new 46,000 square metre business park, two primary schools, land and a financial contribution for a secondary school, community centre, open space, health facilities, allotments and infrastructure on land north of the A264.
The exhibition will be held in Horsham Park Barn, next to the Conservatory Cafe in Horsham Park, from 12pm until 8pm today and from 10am to 4pm tomorrow.
Liberty’s development team will be on hand to answer question and take down feedback from members of the public.
