THREE young boys will have a dream Christmas this year, after their family won a bumper Christmas competition.

Jamie Decourcy, 31, and his sons Bailey, six, Ethan, four, and Tyler, three, were nominated by Jamie’s partner Ellie for estate agent Robert Luff’s Christmas competition.

The prize included a present for each family member, lots of food and drink, a Christmas tree and decorations.

Full-time dad Jamie, of Hadley Avenue, Worthing, said: “Ellie told me she had nominated me but I just thought something like that wouldn’t happen to me and I forgot about it until they turned up. I was really happy. I was quite shocked really. They brought lots of stuff around for the boys.

“The boys kept saying they were really happy. They were really chuffed. I’m a single father to my three kids. I was really struggling with Christmas. I really wanted to make it good for them.”

The boys were told they could unwrap one present when the gifts were delivered.

“It was an Xbox One and it just made their day,” said Jamie. “It’s something they kept wanting and I couldn’t afford it. I just want to say thank you to Robert Luff and his team and to Ellie.”

There were 37 nominations in the Robert Luff competition and every entry was given a goodie bag.

Robert Luff said: “Jamie is a very worthy recepient of our special Christmas delivered giveaway. He and his children were really pleased to receive it – a very touching moment.”

Worthing shop Toy Barnhaus opened early to allow Robert Luff staff to do the shopping for the winning family.
