High Wood – Cumnor House School – Lambs Farm – Pollardsland Wood – Sheffield Forest – Danehill. Leaders Ray and Alison. Please bring a snack for break. Wednesday February 6, 10.30am: Meet in the car park of the Bax Castle, Two Mile Ash Road (near Christ’s Hospital School), 4 mile circular sociable HDC Health Walk, some stiles and modest climbs, over farmland and through woods. Free, just turn-up, all welcome. No dogs. 2 hours. John 01403 263661.

Sunday February 10, 10am: Meet in the public car park adjacent to West Chiltington Village Hall, Mill Rd (RH20 2PZ, TQ083179). New circular 3.8 mile HDC Health Walk around West Chiltington Common, including the windmill, Wells Cottages and the walk from Threals’ Farm to Perrett’s Farm, with great views across to the Downs, taking 1¾ hours .
