Sunday January 27, 10am: Meet at the car park in Stanmer Park off A27 west of Sussex University (TQ 337097). “Just Plain, Downs and Bottoms”. A bracing winter walk on downland above Falmer that will briefly touch upon the South Downs Way at Plumpton Plain and reach the heights of Blackcap. 9½ miles. Dogs welcome on a lead.
