Sunday August 12, 10am: Meet at the Midhurst North Street car park, Midhurst (SU 887.217). 10 miles (Grade – moderate) via South Ambersham/Lodsworth/Grevatts/Easebourne.

Wednesday August 15, 2pm: Meet RSPB Pulborough Brooks, 2 m north of Storrington (TQ 059.164). 4 miles (Grade – easy) via Pulborough – suitable for children.

Drive past the gravel car park to the track which leads to the village green. The Fish House restaurant is marked on most maps as a pub. Chilgrove. 7 miles Downland. Explorer Map 120/SU828145. Walk via Hooksway, South Downs Way, Didling Hill, Linchball Wood, Chilgrove. No dogs please.

Sunday August 12, 10.30am: Meet at the entrance to the Deer Park on the north side of Robin Hood Lane. Horsham. 10 miles gently undulating. Explorer Map 134/TQ158323. Walk via Warnham, Warnham Park Estate, Rowhook, Dedisham Farm, Downs Link, Slinfold, Literary Trail. Lunch at Rowhook or Slinfold. No dogs please.
