Walk across fields via Wanbarrow Farm – Locks Green Cottages – Newtimber Church – Wolstonbury Hill – Ashen Plantation – Danny and back to Trinity Road car park. Leader Brian. One steep ascent.Walk will take approx. 3 hours. Parking may be limited

Saturday October 1 at 10am Kingston near Lewes 7 miles steep up and down Explorer Map 122/TQ392081 Meet at the top of The Street past the Juggs Pub.

Walk via SDW, Castle Hill Nature Reserve, Standean Bottom back to Juggs.Notes: Access by car from A27 roundabout south west of Lewes - take road to Kingston turning right in one mile into The Street. Park at the top of this road.

Sunday October 2 at 10am, Billingshurst 10.5 miles fairly flat & easy Explorer Map 134/TQ110249 Meet at entrance to Palmers Farm and park on road/verge nearby. To find it, go west towards Billingshurst on A272 through Coneyhurst then turn northeast onto minor road at TQ104241. Continue for approx 1 km. Walk via Purveyors Farm, Dragons Green, Bax Castle (L), Sharpenhyrst Farm, Woodhouse, Palmers Farm.

Thursday, October 6, 10am: Shermanbury – Henfield, Free, park & meet in The Bull Inn car park, Mockbridge, on the A281, TQ 210181, 6 mile circular walk along the banks of the River Adur and the Downs Link, fairly flat (some stiles). No dogs.

Friday, October 8: Meet at 11am in Cripplegate Lane car park, Southwater Country Park. Flat easy circular walk along bridleways, lanes and the Downs Link. Free, just turn-up. Dogs on leads. 2 ½ miles.
