St Barnabas Hospice is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and to celebrate and raise money a garden party is being held in Steyning.

After experiencing the wonderful help of St Barnabas, Terry Gould and his family (with the help of many friends) are organising a special garden party event to raise much needed funds for St Barnabas Hospice, Worthing.

St Barnabas have cared for more than 30,000 people and given support to countless families in this area. All of this is provided free of charge so help is needed to keep the hospice running.

There will be bedding plants, flowers, hanging baskets, other garden produce and experts on hand to answer any gardening questions. There will also be tea, coffee and light refreshments served during the day with live music to dance to as well as an Irish dancing display and a Zumba class, plus the traditional grand raffle with some fabulous prizes.

This will all be happening at 10am to 4pm at The Steyning Centre, Fletchers Croft, Steyning on Saturday, June 8. Entry is free.
