A flower club has presented a cheque to a cancer support group.

Billingshurst Macmillan Support Group has received a donation of £338.28 from the West Chiltington Flower Club to support the group in its work.

The flower club was founded in 1951 by Mrs Joan Wadey to promote the love of flowers.

The club meets at West Chiltington Village Hall on a regular basis.

It is very active with a busy programme which includes workshops, demonstrations and exhibition displays.

The team behind West Chiltington Flower Club like to make a contribution to a charity of their choice.

New members are always welcome. For more information about the group, visit www.facebook.com/billingshurstmacmillan.
