Firefighter strike continues across district
Firefighters in England and Wales will continue to strike throughout Friday evening into Saturday morning, as part of the ongoing pension dispute.
Firefighters will strike for the fifth consecutive day between 11pm on Friday to 1am on Saturday, following on from similar action this morning between 6am – 8am.
These will be periods 24 and 25 of strike action since the campaign began.
