PERSISTENT dog-fouling on the Glebelands Recreation Ground in Ferring could lead to a ‘dogs-on-leads’ policy, parish councillors have warned.

Speaking at Monday’s Ferring Parish Council meeting in Ferring Village Hall, Steve O’Donnell – the council’s vice-chairman, said it was a major issue and that if it continued he would also place flags by all the poo and take a photograph to highlight the problem.

Council chairman, Carole Robertson, said it was ‘sad it should have to come to this’.
