Easter wonderland at Mall

County Mall will play host to Alice in Wonderland characters, giant cookies and egg and spoon races to help keep children entertained during the Easter holiday.

On Friday April 5, an Alice-themed tea party will be held featuring the Mad Hatter, Alice and the Cheshire Cat.

The trio will help with fairy cake decorating and white rabbit mask making.

There will be a daily Humpy Dumpty hunt organised by Toy Barnhaus, until April 14, egg and spoon races at the Early Learning Centre and daily storytelling at WHSmith at 11am, 2pm and 3.30pm.

Those with a sweet tooth can join the giant cookie design competition run by Millies Cookies.

County Mall’s centre manager Mark Haynes said: “We have been investing in improving the centre and, as a thank you to all our loyal customers who are hanging on in there whilst the works continue, we wanted to make sure we showed our gratitude by organising an Easter egg-stravaganza to remember.”
