Two men attacked with knife in Worthing

Police are seeking witnesses to an incident in a Worthing street in which two men received knife injuries.

The two local men, aged 26 and 31, were walking home along Chapel Road at 4.20am on Saturday (June 9), when a dispute occured with two other men.

The 26-year old received a cut finger and the 31-year old received a slash wound to his cheek and to his stomach.

Both were treated for their injuries at Worthing Hospital and later discharged.
